आवश्यक अनुभव:

• 1-3 वर्ष का अनुभव पंचायती राज विभाग के प्रशिक्षण/ग्रामीण विकास कार्यक्रमों में (राजस्थान)

• सरकारी योजनाओं, पंचायती राज प्रणाली और ग्रामीण शासन का ज्ञान

मुख्य कार्य:

• ब्लॉक स्तर पर प्रशिक्षण और कार्यशालाओं का संचालन व निगरानी

• जिला/ब्लॉक अधिकारियों और ग्राम पंचायतों से समन्वय

• रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और डेटा प्रबंधन

• सरकारी योजनाओं व जागरूकता कार्यक्रमों का क्रियान्वयन

योग्यता:

• स्नातक (सामाजिक कार्य/ग्रामीण विकास/लोक प्रशासन या संबंधित क्षेत्र)

• हिंदी व स्थानीय बोलियों में दक्षता

• कंप्यूटर का बुनियादी ज्ञान

वांछनीय: एनजीओ या सरकारी परियोजनाओं में अनुभव
