1. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and approach new customers via field work, referrals, direct marketing, and cold calls .
Develop aggressive call plans to hit monthly/quarterly sales targets .
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and strengthen client relationships for repeat and referral business .
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure excellent follow-through .
3. Documentation & Processing
Collect and verify all required customer documentation for loans .

Experience:
