• Handle Customer Relationship & Negotiation professionally
• Maintain proper Reporting & Documentation of visits and payments
• Follow Compliance & Ethical collection practices
• Manage Field Operations & Coordination with office team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned area

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Experience in collections/recovery is a plus
