Field Collection Executive

A Field Collection Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of field agents who collect outstanding payments or recover company assets. They manage team performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle escalated issues. Key responsibilities include team supervision, performance management, training, field operations coordination, and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Leading and managing a team of field collection agents.

• Performance Management: Setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.

• Training and Development: Training new agents, providing ongoing coaching, and facilitating their development.

• Field Operations Coordination: Scheduling agents, ensuring optimal coverage, and managing logistics.

• Escalation Management: Handling complex or escalated cases that require senior-level attention.

• Compliance: Ensuring all team activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

• Reporting: Preparing reports on team performance and collection activities.

• Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency and recovery rates.
