Loan Recovery
Handle loan collection activities for Group Loan customers.
Customer Interaction
Visit customers for repayment collection and provide guidance on repayment schedules.
Documentation
Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports.
Compliance
Follow all RBI and Bank guidelines while handling customer data and cash.
Coordination
Work closely with Branch and Regional teams to achieve collection targets.
Qualification
Graduate Preferred
Experience
Fresher / Experienced candidates from Microfinance, NBFC, or Banking sector preferred
Skills
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Mandatory
Two-wheeler with valid Driving License (DL/LL)
Salary
