What You Will Do
● Customer Visits: Visit the customer’s addresses to follow up on missed payments.
● Follow the Rules: Always be polite and fair. You must follow the company’s "Code of Conduct"
(SOP) and legal guidelines.
● Work Timings: Start your visits early in the morning. Your working hours are from 8:00 AM to
7:00 PM. We expect you to be honest and dedicated to your work.
● Reporting Visits: Use the company mobile app to give feedback after every visit. Update any
new information you find about the customer (like a new phone number or address).
● Meet Targets: Make sure you complete your weekly milestones and month-end collection goals.
● Report Issues: Talk to your manager regularly. If you face any problems on the ground, tell them
immediately.
