*Job Title: Sales Associate – Bike Showroom* *Location:* Initially: Nawada or Peeragarhi (for training)Final Posting: Krishna Nagar, East Delhi (new showroom) *Work Days:* 6 days/week (Sunday is mandatory; one weekday off in consultation with the manager) *Shift Duration:* 9.5 hours/dayMinimum Experience Required: 1 year in retail/showroom sales *Company Overview* *Vutto* is a fast-growing player in the refurbished two-wheeler resale market. We buy pre-owned bikes and scooters from individual sellers, refurbish them professionally, and resell with complete transparency and quality assurance. Our business relies heavily on a smooth logistics operation to ensure the fast and efficient movement of vehicles through our value chain. *Role Overview* We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our bike showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, helping them choose the right refurbished two-wheeler based on their needs. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, meet sales targets, and support day-to-day showroom operations. *Key Responsibilities* - Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing information on available vehicles.- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate refurbished two-wheeler options.- Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock, pricing, vehicle features, and benefits.- Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery, documentation, and aftersales processes.- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and meets display standards.- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and basic sales documentation.- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. *Key Requirements* - Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment.- Basic understanding of two-wheeler models and market trends (training will be provided).- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required. *Minimum education qualification:* 10th Pass. *Benefits* Fixed weekly off (on a weekday, in discussion with the manager).Professional training and growth opportunities in the booming refurbished vehicle market.Be part of an energetic, fast-growing, and customer-centric team.
