The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients on-site, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market outreach.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Close sales and achieve assigned weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up regularly with prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns.
Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
Track competitor activities and market trends; provide feedback to the management.
Participate in local events, promotions, or exhibitions to generate leads and brand awareness.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager.
Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts and customer data.
Knowledge of sales processes, prospecting, and negotiation.
Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting formats.
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and challenging customers.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
