Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments efficiently. The candidate should be capable of handling clients professionally while ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for pending payments and field visits

Ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts

Maintain accurate records of collection activities

Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Graduate

4–6 years of experience in collections / recovery

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of Mumbai geography

Basic computer knowledge
