As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks that involve direct interaction with customers and the market. Your key responsibilities will include:

- ••Customer Engagement••: Actively reach out to potential and existing customers, building relationships and addressing their needs to enhance customer satisfaction.

- ••Market Research••: Gather information on competitors and market trends while visiting specific locations, providing valuable insights to the team.

- ••Sales Support••: Assist in generating leads and converting them into sales by demonstrating products and services to customers during field visits.

- ••Reporting••: Maintain detailed reports of your daily activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for review by your supervisors.

- ••Problem Solving••: Address customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and retention.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and expectations:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar job is preferred, with a maximum limit of 7 years.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Hindi to engage with diverse customers.

- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Basic understanding of using smartphones and applications for communication and reporting is necessary.

- Must be physically fit to conduct fieldwork and visit various locations regularly.

- A valid driver’s license is advantageous since travel is part of the job.
