About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell costumes, theatre props, stage accessories, and workshop materials to schools, theatre groups, drama academies, and event organizers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creative arts, confident in direct sales, and capable of building long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit retail shops, theatre workshops, drama clubs, academies, and event organizations to generate sales opportunities.
· Promote and demonstrate costumes, props, stage accessories, and related products.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, activity coordinators, theatre directors, and workshop organizers.
· Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable costume and prop solutions.
· Conduct product presentations and participate in exhibitions, school events, and theatre festivals.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with the operations and production teams for timely delivery and customization requirements.
· Maintain records of client visits, orders, payments, and feedback.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Support promotional campaigns and social media marketing activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
· 2–6 years of experience in field sales, institutional sales, event sales, or educational product sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build rapport with schools and creative organizations.
· Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
· Basic knowledge of theatre, costumes, stage production, or performing arts is an advantage.
· Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits.
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
