Position: Field Sales Executive / Marketing Executive
Location: Narnaul, Haryana
Job Description:
MindBridge Academy is looking for energetic, confident and hardworking candidates for field marketing and student outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote MindBridge Academy’s coaching programmes in nearby areas.
Conduct door-to-door visits to schools, residential areas and local communities.
Collect student and parent enquiry data.
Generate leads for IIT-JEE, NEET, CBSE and other academic programmes.
Explain courses, facilities and admission offers to parents and students.
Follow up with interested parents and coordinate admission enquiries.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Confidence in interacting with parents and students.
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
Basic smartphone knowledge for data collection.

Salary: Fixed salary + Performance Incentives (Negotiable)
