We are hiring a Deputy Sales Manager (DSM) for Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) – Home Loans Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer and other mortgage business.
Generate leads through open market, DSAs, builders, channel partners, connectors and referrals.
Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales.
Candidates from Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) or NBFCs preferred.
Experience in handling channel partners and achieving sales targets.
Team handling experience is preferred.
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate.
Age: Up to 32 years.
CIBIL Score: 650 or above.
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA.
