Customer Sales Executive (Delivery Partner):-

The Delivery Sales Executive role is a hybrid operational and customer-facing position. Unlike traditional delivery jobs, the candidate will also be responsible for assisting customers during product trials and supporting the sales experience at the customer’s location. Candidates should possess basic communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a professional attitude while managing company inventory responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

 Delivering customer trial bags to designated customer locations safely and on time.  Assisting customers in viewing and selecting clothing products during home trials.

 Maintaining professional customer interaction and service quality.

 Handling clothing inventory carefully and presenting products neatly.

 Collecting payments or confirming online payment status when required.

 Returning unsold products and trial inventory safely back to the warehouse.

 Updating delivery status, customer feedback, and trial completion in the system.

 Ensuring responsible handling of company inventory during transit and customer interaction.

Mandatory Requirements

 Own bike with valid driving license.

 Smartphone with active internet connection.

 Basic communication and sales understanding.

 Customer-friendly and professional behavior.

 Knowledge of Bangalore routes and local navigation.

Compensation Structure

 Fixed monthly salary.

 Travel reimbursement based on kilometers covered.

 Performance-based incentives may be applicable based on sales conversion and operational efficiency. Preferred Skills & Experience

 Previous experience in delivery operations, retail sales, or field sales.

 Basic understanding of fashion products and customer preferences.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Responsible inventory handling capabilities.

Qualification Requirements

 Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.

 Prior delivery, logistics, retail, or field sales experience preferred.
