Job Responsibilities:

Acquire new merchants and onboard them to Paytm's payment solutions (QR, Soundbox, POS, etc.).

Visit assigned market areas daily to generate new business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Educate merchants about Paytm products and offers.

Resolve basic merchant queries and coordinate with support teams when required.

Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.

Eligibility:

10th/PUC/Any Graduate.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned location.

Sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹26,000 to ₹36,000 per month.
