Customer Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding and purchasing Ugaoo’s range of products (plants, gardening tools, seeds, planters, etc.)

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs and preferences

• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of all products to confidently educate customers

• Work collaboratively with the internal team to fulfil customer orders and resolve post-sale issues

• Capture customer feedback and assist in improving service experience

Requirements:

• Freshers or professionals with up to 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail

• Passion for plants, gardening, and sustainable living is a plus!

• Good communication skills in English
