Job Summary
The Customer Sales Specialist (CSS) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products through door-to-door sales and field prospecting. The role involves generating leads, conducting product demonstrations at customers' residences, converting prospects into customers, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through door-to-door knocking and field prospecting. • Conduct product demonstrations at customers' residences.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Follow up and convert digital leads received from online platforms and call centers. • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Complete customer ID creation, documentation, and order collection accurately.
• Participate in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including canopy activations, society programs, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Educational Qualification & Experience Qualification
• 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma / ITI Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with at least 6 months of sales experience will be preferred.
