Job Title: Pandit & Pooja Booking Executive
Department: Customer Support / Field Sales

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries related to Pandit and Pooja services.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable pooja services.
Coordinate and manage Pandit and Pooja bookings.
Schedule poojas according to the customer's preferred date, time, and location.
Provide customers with accurate information about pooja services, charges, and procedures.
Coordinate with Pandits and the service team to ensure smooth completion of bookings.
Follow up with customers regarding pending and confirmed bookings.
Handle customer queries and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and booking targets.
Prepare and maintain daily reports of calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
Follow company policies and maintain professional communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or booking is an advantage.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
