Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Sales Manager
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients. The goal is to increase customer loyalty and retention while supporting sales and service goals.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Update and manage customer records using CRM software.
Assist in sales processes by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products/services.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical support, accounts) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved and expectations are met.
Collect feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or client management roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
