Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
● Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
● Handling incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.
● Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining a visitor log.
Administrative Support:
● Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies at the front desk.
● Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
Customer Service:
● Addressing visitor inquiries and providing necessary information.
● Ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
● Handling calls, converting the leads and report to the Department manager
Requirements:
● Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Must have their own vehicle (Bike).
● Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, Email).
● Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
● Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business needs.
● Languages Mandatory - Fluent English, Hindi, and Kannada
