Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Real estate and relationship manager to manage property sales, generate leads and build strong relationship for achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Required skills :

1.Strong communication and negotiation skills.

2.Basic knowledge of Real y documentation. And loacl market trends.

3.Conduct site visits and property presentation for clientsclients.

4.Coordinate documentation and Negotiate process.

5.Understand clientclient requirements and suggest suitable property options.

6.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

7.Proficiency in CRm software.

Qualification and Experience

1.Bachelors degree in Business Markting Or related field.

2.0-1 years of Experience in Real estate sales preferred.
