Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell credit cards to individual and corporate customers. The role involves meeting sales targets, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit cards to potential customers through direct sales, field visits, and telecalling.
Generate leads through cold calls, references, and market activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions to customers.
Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM/lead management system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.

Eligibility / Qualifications:
Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).

Language: Proficiency in local language + basic English.
Work Environment:
Field sales role (travel required).
Work may involve direct customer interaction at offices, residential areas, malls, and events.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives (based on sales performance).
