 Business Generation: Drive sales for Credit Cards and cross-sell other banking products.

 Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure continued business growth.

 Sales Operations: Handle field sales activities, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining audit compliance and adhering to company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Educational Qualification: A graduate from any stream.

 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Credit Card Sales is preferred.

 BFSI Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be given preference.

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill In both English and the local language, Excellent lead generation and conversion skill, Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work successfully as a part of a team, High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently, ready to travel locally for Meeting customers during sales calls, should have compatible mobile device with a Required Android/ ions version
