We are hiring a Counselor for our reputed educational institute, which trains students for admissions into top schools like Army School, Military School, Navodaya Vidyalaya, and other prestigious institutions.

👤 Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Female preferred, Male candidates may be considered if they have strong relevant experience

Age: 25 to 40 years

Education: Graduate (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in counseling or the education/training sector (preferred)

Industry: Experience in a similar education institute preferred

Skills:

Strong communication and convincing ability

Confident personality

Willingness to meet parents/students both at the institute and their homes

Ability to follow up on leads and convert them

📌 Job Details:

All leads will be provided by the institute

Your main task is to counsel, follow up, and convince parents/students to enroll in the institute’s training programs

Training will be provided by the institute to handle specific school admission processes

💰 Salary:

Up to ₹35,000/month (Based on experience and performance in the interview)
