We are looking for a Corporate Field Sales Executive who can actively visit companies, generate leads, understand their event requirements, and build strong corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit corporate offices and meet HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement, and Event teams to generate new business opportunities.
Identify companies that regularly conduct corporate events, conferences, off-sites, annual meets, product launches, award nights, team outings, etc.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, cold calling, and corporate connections.
Meet clients personally to understand their event requirements, objectives, budget, preferred location, and expected number of attendees.
Understand the client's basic event objective and suggest suitable venues and event solutions.
Coordinate with the internal team to prepare and share suitable venue options, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Keep track of market trends, upcoming corporate events, and potential companies/accounts.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in corporate sales, field sales, B2B sales, event sales, hospitality, or a related industry.
Strong field sales and lead-generation skills.
Comfortable with travelling and visiting corporate offices on a regular basis.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
