Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of electrical control panels and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical/commercial solutions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain proper records of sales pipeline, visits, and customer feedback.
• Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events.
Requirements
• Education: Graduate in Engineering / Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B/Industrial Sales (electrical, automation, or engineering field preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain to customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
