Role Summary:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for onboarding and managing commission-based Field Executive (FE) agents across the South region. The role focuses on operational coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and driving daily collections through effective agent management.
JD For Operational Executive: Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard Field Executive agents on a commission basis across the South region.
2. Manage and verify operational onboarding documents and ensure compliance.
3. Allocate and assign cases to agents based on service availability and regional coverage.
4. Track daily agent performance, including visits, PTPs, and collections.
5. Actively follow up with agents to drive visit completion and achieve collection targets.
6. Publish daily performance reports highlighting visits, collections, and productivity.
7. Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational and collection data.
8. Maintain strong working relationships with Field Executives to motivate performance.
9. Ensure daily call adherence and regular communication with agents.
10. Coordinate with internal teams for approvals related to waivers, settlements, and escalations.
11. Identify underperforming agents and take corrective actions to improve results. Preferred Skills &

3. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
