Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: As per company requirement

Requirement: Two-wheeler mandatory

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue EMIs and pending payments
• Visit customers for field collection as per assigned area
• Maintain proper records of collections and repayments
• Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for updates and reconciliation
• Submit daily/weekly collection reports to the supervisor
• Explain payment details, dues, and penalties to customers clearly
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Ensure timely recovery and meet collection targets
• Handle customer queries related to payments and accounts
• Follow company policies and ethical collection practices

Candidate Profile:

• Male candidates only
• Age between 21 - 34 years
• Fresher can apply
• A two-wheeler is mandatory (with valid license)
