We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to join at our of our cleint located at Andheri east from logistics industry. The role offers ₹30000 - ₹40000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Logistics. Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
