Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Operations Manager – Pest Control

Location: Chennai (Pan India Extensive Travel Required)
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Age Limit: Up to 50 years

Must Speak English and Hindi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive revenue growth, manage field operations, and lead a team within the pest control division. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, site inspections, and ensuring smooth operational execution across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Identify and develop leads through field visits and client interactions
Conduct site inspections and recommend pest control solutions
Manage and supervise field staff and service teams
Ensure timely and efficient execution of pest control operations
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution
Travel across India as required for business development and operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations (preferably in pest control, facility management, or related industry)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and client-handling abilities
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of pest control services is an added advantage
