Primevera Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, networking and online platforms.
Meet HR Managers and Decision Makers to present the company's Recruitment, Staffing & HR Solutions.
Schedule client meetings, prepare proposals and close business deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
Update daily sales activities, client interactions and business reports in a professional manner.
