Strengths required: Has to be a Male with extra ordinary communication skill, English fluent, flamboyant personality.
Qualification desired: Preferrable MBA in sales, or any other graduation is okay- as far as he is confident in his presentation.
Special inclination: Since we are into lifestyle automation product, we need someone who can understand design, quality, fashion and is able to connect with HNI clients and interior designers.
Experience required: Preferably in the fields of AV sales of 8-10 years.
Salary package: Minimum would be 8-12 Lacs per annum, plus incentives and bonus as per their performance. This may even climb up to 12-18 Lacs per annum as per their output.
Work Profile: To meet select 30 top architects in Mumbai and follow up closely with their team members, to generate leads and promote about VTECH. No specific technical talks to be done, most of the content would be about the client profile of VTECH , their team strength and experience. Once a lead is generated the same shall be passed on to the sales expert team who shall in turn take the baton ahead towards closure. Most of these architects are within the limits of Andheri and Churchgate.
