🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our real estate content and marketing services. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate sector (developers, brokers, agencies)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Pitch services including drone shoots, virtual tours, walkthroughs, and marketing content
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Coordinate with internal creative teams for project execution
Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
🔹 Requirements
1–4 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of digital marketing and content services is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage client pipelines
