Job Summary
Lead B2B sales initiatives for masala products, overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment while consistently meeting revenue targets. This senior position involves occasional pan-India travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and market development, with a strong emphasis on private label partnerships, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client site visits; qualify prospects for expansion .
Manage complete sales cycle: identify opportunities, develop relationships, negotiate/close deals, retain customers .
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets; follow up on orders with customers and internal teams for timely execution .
Handle private label job work clients; coordinate with designer, purchase, QC, production for artwork, packing, quality checks .
Participate in pan-India sales exhibitions; follow up leads to secure new business .
Conduct market research, competitor analysis; provide sales forecasting and reporting to management .
Maintain account management using CRM tools; resolve queries for customer satisfaction .
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Agriculture; MBA preferred .
3-6 years B2B sales in spices/FMCG with private label experience .
Strong negotiation, communication, CRM skills; self-motivated, travel-ready .
