Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services. This role involves a mix of field sales, digital marketing activities, customer engagement, and brand promotion to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).

• Support social media management and online advertising efforts to boost brand visibility.

• Coordinate with creative and design teams to produce promotional materials.

• Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.

• Contribute to content creation for blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
