The product portfolio includes Earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, Headphones, Ear Phones, Charging cables, and other mobile accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Expand product reach across UP ensuring availability in all major markets.
• Promote and position our client as a competitive brand in the consumer electronics industry.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with key partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in sales management within the consumer electronics industry, specifically handling products such as Earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, Headphones, Ear Phones, Charging cables, and other mobile accessories.
• Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in UP.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
