About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with strong expertise in the construction industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth by promoting our construction services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction sector (residential, commercial, industrial).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, developers, and consultants.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business leads.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, project management) to align client requirements with company offerings.

  • Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of proven BD or Sales experience in construction/real estate/infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop long-term strategic relationships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools knowledge is a plus.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
