Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, set long-term goals, and create detailed business plans to expand market reach.

  • Market analysis: Conduct extensive market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Lead generation and sales: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and following up on referrals. Use strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new clients.

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and potential partners.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure goals are aligned and successful outcomes are achieved.

  • Reporting and performance tracking: Monitor business performance, track progress toward goals, and prepare status reports using CRM software.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking: The ability to analyze markets and data to make informed decisions and develop strategic plans.

  • Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Problem-solving: The ability to think quickly and solve problems on the fly.

  • Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM software and good general IT skills.
