We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships within the Ayurveda, Homeopathic, or Allopathic healthcare segments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the healthcare domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of business plans.
Track sales performance, maintain reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ayurveda / Homeopathy / Allopathy sales or business development.
Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
