Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution
Identify and develop new corporate and enterprise accounts
Conduct product and solution presentations to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in target organizations
Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and distributors to ensure smooth sales operations
Handle customer interactions professionally and address client needs effectively
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment while maintaining high professional ethics
Support team efforts by motivating peers and contributing to overall sales success
Must‑Have Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
Confidence in customer interaction and negotiation
Good‑to‑Have Skills
Exposure or knowledge of the Cyber Security / IT Infrastructure solutions domain
Professional Attributes
Proven ability to manage sales targets and revenue responsibility
Experience in handling the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including lead generation, account mapping, solution presentation, and deal closure
Ability to communicate effectively across different levels within client organizations
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric approach
Educational Qualifications
MBA (Marketing) / MMS (Marketing)
BBA / BMS or equivalent qualification
Additional Information
Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development will be preferred
Fresh MBA / MMS candidates with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are encouraged to apply
