Net Take-Home (NTH) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus performance incentives)

Job Brief

We are looking for a customer-oriented and driven Car Sales Consultant to join our dealership showroom team. In this role, you will assist customers in choosing the right vehicle, guide them through features and pricing, arrange test drives, and close sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proven ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom & Direct Sales

• Greet customers entering the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicle models.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, accessories, and warranty/service packages in detail.

• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and accompany customers on test drives.

• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and trade-in allowances within authorized dealership parameters.

2. Lead Management & Follow-ups

• Generate and qualify leads via phone calls, web inquiries, and referrals.

• Maintain and update customer records and deal pipelines using the dealership CRM.

• Regularly follow up with prospective clients to move deals forward and achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Documentation & Handover

• Coordinate with the internal finance, insurance, and billing teams to process vehicle registration and loans.

• Ensure proper documentation and smooth paperwork completion prior to delivery.

• Deliver a structured vehicle handover experience to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or direct field sales.

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Driving License: Valid driver’s license (4-wheeler) with a clean driving record is mandatory.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and client handling skills.

• Attributes: Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, punctual, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
