Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in the travel and transport industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel, logistics, and transport sectors.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients (corporate, travel agents, logistics partners, etc.).

Present and promote company services through client meetings, presentations, and networking.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel/transport solutions for customer requirements.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine strategies.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Provide timely reports and feedback to the management team on business performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree .

1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel, transport, or logistics industry.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of computer.

Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of B2B corporate travel, group travel, or logistics services.

Familiarity with domestic and international travel regulations and routes.

Prior experience working with OTAs, DMCs, or transport aggregators.
