Sales & Business Development Executive
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in Freight Forwarding/Logistics)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air/Sea/Land).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and quotations.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with customers.
Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery.
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
