We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role that involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, and driving business growth through direct interaction and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking
Meet potential clients, explain products/services, and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities and submit regular reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development (field experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
