We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead business growth in the solar industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industrial, commercial, institutional, and corporate sectors in Pan India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners, architects, consultants, and builders.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct client presentations, site visits, and solution demonstrations to promote solar energy solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close high-value business deals.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates for management.
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (Solar, EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Industrial, or related sectors preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key client accounts.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel across Pan India.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
