Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business for home loan products through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Identify prospective customers and explain loan products, features, and eligibility.
Ensure timely collection and verification of required documents from customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for processing and disbursement of loans.
Meet assigned sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and housing societies for lead generation.
Participate in promotional activities like loan melas, property expos, etc.
