Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads, pitch digital marketing services, and close deals. The role requires a proactive salesperson who can handle client meetings both online and in-person.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.Pitch digital marketing services (social media, performance marketing, websites, SEO, branding).Meet clients physically when required.Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.Maintain sales pipeline and provide weekly reports.Coordinate with internal teams after sales closure.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development.Strong knowledge of digital marketing services.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.Willingness to travel for client meetings.What We Offer₹35,000 salary + performance incentivesHybrid work flexibilityGrowth opportunity in a fast-scaling agency
