We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Adugodi. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Kannada and must own a two-wheeler for client visits and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and client interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

• Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.

• Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales/business development.

• Two-wheeler is compulsory with valid driving license.

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
