We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role involves field sales, client interaction, and deal closures.Key Responsibilities:
Meet prospective clients on the field and close deals.
Work on provided leads to generate business.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell company services effectively.
Achieve sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
Who Can Apply:
Education: HSC / Graduate / Post-Graduate (PGDM, PGDBM, MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, B.Tech, B.E.)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (sales experience preferred).
Age: Up to 30 years.
Gender: Male candidates only.
Mandatory: Two-wheeler (bike) & smartphone.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferred).
Excellent communication & convincing skills.
Go-getter attitude with passion for sales.
Basic knowledge of sales & promotion methods.
Outbound calling or sales experience is an added advantage.
Comfortable with English and regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹2,52,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum + Incentives
Performance-based incentives (higher sales = higher earnings).
