Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Executives for on-field sales and merchant onboarding activities. Candidates must be comfortable with field work and installations.

Experience Required

Experience in sales or loan field (mandatory)
Prior field sales and selling experience is required

Key Responsibilities

Smart speaker installation at merchant locations
Merchant onboarding
Explain loan products to merchants
On-field travel and daily task completion

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000
Allowance: ₹2,000
Incentives: Up to ₹15,000
(Salary may vary based on location and experience)

Requirements

Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory
Valid driving license is mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively on-field
Good communication skills
